Music

Since the age of 3, I began studying piano with Ms. Yuliya Barsky. I developed a strong passion for music, and continued playing until the end of my time at UCLA. My favorite compositions include Brahms’s Intermezzo in A Major, op. 118 No. 2, Rachmaninoff’s Elegie, op. 3 No. 1 and Liszt’s Liebestraum No. 3 in A-flat Major. Below are some videos of my piano performances:

Also, having performed in choir since grade 6, I actively participated in UCLA’s Chorale and Chamber Singers. We got opportunities to perform various famous pieces such as Schoenberg’s “Friede auf Erden” and Orff’s Carmina Burana, and were invited to premiere several recent works at Disney Hall with the LA Philharmonic.
